It's all by nature

An extremely exclusive product with absolute incomparable characteristics, and a strictly limited production of 2,500 litres per year. Armando Manni has created a revolution in olive oil with his exclusive "Live Oil" method of production, harvesting, pressing and preservation of the oil, using rare olives from age-old trees found only on the Tuscan slopes of Monte Amiata. This caused it to be the only olive oil in the world certified and regularly tested by the University of Florence for its qualities.
